Seacoast Charter Academy | SCA Enrollment Request Form

Every student who attends a Duval County school (including magnets and charters) must be registered with Duval County. An application must be completed in order to be considered for enrollment. There are no exceptions. Please review the Enrollment Process page to ensure you have completed all of the necessary steps before submitting the form below. If you would like to enroll more than one child, please submit one request per student.
Note: This form is for students enrolling in grades K-5. If you wish to enroll a VPK student, please visit our Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) page.
